EZEESHRINK polyolefin shrink packaging film are a world class standard biaxially-oriented polyolefin shrink film developed and manufactured to provide a solution for all shrink packaging needs at an economical cost. It is a better alternative to other packaging material especially PVC which have been banned by many countries including Europe because of pollution and harmful effects.

This recyclable shrink film is the most attractive product for all export packaging because of its exceptional strength and puncture resistant compared to PVC and other cross-linked PE packaging film. It is also very light weight, therefore it does not contribute much to the weight of the packed product.

Why Polyolefin Shrink Films?

PVC is the first type of material used for manufacturing of shrink films.

Problems of using PVC shrink film are:
  • Handling problem, films is not stable, start to shrink at 60°C.
  • Discharging smell and smoke during the sealing process which can be very harmful to both human and the environment.
  • Low shrinkage, dog-ear is common in the process.
  • Film is brittle, short shelf life.
  • Less possible for fully automated operation.
  • Poor in clarity and gloss.
